Ingredients
Basmati rice, onion, rice bran oil, cashews, carrots, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, jeera, clove, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, rose essence.

Instructions

  1. Empty packet (200g) in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add 500ml hot water.
  3. Put the pressure cooker on high heat for 3 whistles.
  4. Put on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Open lid after pressure is released.
  6. Garnish with ghee and fresh coriander.
